Doctors, if you want more patients, consider video marketing for your medical or dental practice. I’m the videographer your physician and dentist colleagues trust

Whether you are an MD, DO, DDS, DMD, DC, or DMV, I get you.

Why is that? Well, most of my career has been in and around the medical field. I’ve worked at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, one of the larger physical therapy clinics (OSR Physical Therapy) in the Valley for over seven years, for the Arizona Dental Association since 2010, and my first corporate position out of college was with VistaCare Hospice. My aunt and uncle in town are a rheumatologist and pulmonologist. I have pets, so I am familiar with veterinarian DMVs, and from playing sports my entire life, I’ve spent a lot of time with physical therapist (PTs) and chiropractors.

The truth is, medical and dental professionals hire me to film their promotional videos because I can help them bring in patients—but more than that, they bring me in because I have a genuine appreciation for their profession and skill and I work around their personal and professional schedule. While I am friendly, I always maintain a level of decorum and respect; I can easily relate to and help their teams/staff relax and enjoy themselves.

Last, I’ve filmed over 75 videos in doctor’s offices and clinics, so I know how to work efficiently.

Your medical and dental peers have trusted me for years because I am reliable, respectful, and always professional.

Peruse some of the videos below. When you’re ready, take a deeper dive on how I can help your medical or dental practice with a marketing video.

Not sure what a healthcare marketing video should cost? I explain it.

naturopathic-physicians-phoenix
One of my favorite videos to date. This was done for the naturopathic physicians of Guiding Elements Medical Center in Phoenix. This was a marathon video shoot, but I wanted to get footage outside of the office too. The doctors didn’t ask for this outside footage, but it fit with their message perfectly. The extra time and effort were more than worth it (btw, there was no extra charge for this). Ensuring clients have a terrific video really is that important to me. I arrived at 6:45am and left at 5:45pm. It was worth it. I also created two additional videos (interview spotlights of the doctors for potential patients who want to learn more about Dr. Christy and Dr. Shanna). They were great to work with!
OSR
I created the OSR logo and branding for owners Aaron and Kori Williams in the early 2000s. At the time, Aaron had one tiny clinic in an Anthem shopping mall. Years later he’s up to 7-8 clinics (it’s hard to keep track). In 2009 I went to work for OSR as their Director of Marketing before taking a role at the Arizona Dental Association, where I’ve been for more than six years. In 2017, OSR asked me to capture some of the stories from their Anthem/corporate employees before a team meeting. It was a last-minute project, but everyone had a great time and it all worked out. It’s always been a pleasure and an honor to be a small part of OSR extended family and part of their success—they are great people.

It was an honor working with plastic surgeon Dr. N and his team in Scottsdale, as well as having DP Corey Seese’s help on the shoot. There are definitely similarities between a dental / medical video—definitely some differences too 🙂 Most of the time, treatment/procedures are simulated in these kinds of promo videos. The footage of the Botox injection and the rhinoplasty in this video—yep, it’s real. I also created two additional videos (interview spotlights of the doctors for potential patients who want to learn more about Dr. Christy and Dr. Shanna). They were great to work with!
Lifecare
Jeremy’s note: When I ran a design business, I’d worked with a handful of chiropractors here. Often a single-minded, confident bunch—they were tricky to work with. When I heard Dr. Bogash was a DC rather than a DDS, DMS, DO, or MD, I wasn’t sure what to expect. More than a “rack ’em and crack ’em” provider, what struck me about getting to know (and then interview) Dr. Bogash is is knowledge and passion beyond the neck and spine. He goes through medical journals like a teenager goes through YouTube videos. After we finished the project, I referred both family and friends to him—both have come back with wonderful reports and results. As for the emphasis for this video, we wanted to show Dr. Bogash’s knowledge base extending beyond basic chiropractic care, as well as his passion to help patients who have all but given up hope for a better pain-free life. We also wanted to emphasize that Dr. Bogash’s treatments involve a lot of soft tissue work, which is vital in healing.

I had the privilege to work with owner Aaron Williams when OSR Physical Therapy was just a dinky little clinic in a strip mall in Anthem. I designed all of the branding and marketing materials for about 4-5 years as a marketing and graphic design consultant. Aaron was kind enough to hire me on as his Director of Marketing in 2009—that position, which involved a lot of driving around to see Valley physicians, wasn’t exactly a fit for me (and I began working for the Arizona Dental Association). That said, I’ve always loved OSR—they are the best physical therapy clinic in the Valley…and they have over 6-7 locations now (it’s hard to keep track!)

Lengthy but powerfully-effective I created for Chiropractor Dr. Bogash in Mesa, Arizona. In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Bogash has a passion, and has developed several resources, for people struggling with chronic migraine headaches. A five minute-video is a fairly long video, but for people who are suffering and looking for answers, we put together a straightforward, honest promotional video that’s yielded some great results.
breast-reduction-surgery
This breast reduction footage in this video is both from Dr. Nachbar’s Scottsdale office and actual OR surgery that I filmed in a surgery center. While the footage is not overly graphic, I’d suggest not watching it if you have a queasy stomach (not a lot of blood, but it is surgery after all). By the way, Dr. Nachbar, his office team, and the surgical staff were a pleasure to work with.

Rather than filming one video per shoot, which isn’t cost effective, the doctor and I planned ahead and got additional action and interview footage so we could create his main video, as well as one or two ancillary specific videos like this. Why should you care? This is just one example of how I’ll look to stretch your budget and give you more value than you expect.

Very quick video I put together for LifeCare Chiropractic in Mesa, AZ. The patient was great to work with, but we didn’t have a lot of time. This was actually an “add on” gratis video I offered to do for Dr. Bogash—he’s been a pleasure to work with.
post-baby-tuneup
This mommy makeover (aka post-baby tune up) footage in this video is both from Dr. Nachbar’s Scottsdale office and actual OR surgery that I filmed in a surgery center. While the footage is not overly graphic, I’d suggest not watching it if you have a queasy stomach (not a lot of blood, but it is surgery after all). By the way, Dr. Nachbar was credited for the first mommy makover—he was interviewed by a reporter from the Detroit Free Press years ago.
microneedling-prp
This facial rejuvenation video was part of a series of videos that I did for Dr. Nachbar. To save loads of time and money, we recorded all of the interview footage on one day. I also pulled archive footage from past shoots and even filmed a few shots here at the house (to save time and money) We did film a separate but quick shoot, showing the micro-needling with PRP process.
brazilian-butt-lift
I never thought I’d be doing a video on a Brazilian butt lift. However, they are popular here in the States and abroad. I augmented the footage I had with some stock footage, which saved us a lot of time and money (there are no beaches here in Arizona). My wife appreciated that I wasn’t getting slow-motion shots of gal’s walking away from the camera as well—so stock video was a winner all the way around!
