This is the second video I had the honor to film for Jim and his team at DID. The first one was a couple of years ago and featured the owner Jim speaking on camera. I wanted to focus this video on DID’s commitment to customer satisfaction, which I’ve experienced firsthand since 2013 (yeah, that’s a long time). I wanted the video to be quick, hard-hitting, but professional. Instead of interviewing Jim again (he didn’t want to do that) I did the voice-over for the video.
