Scottsdale Family Smiles is more of a boutique, family-run dental practice that is more about relationships than production. The owner and dentist Dr. Kamran Fattah is a humble, well-spoken guy who really does care about his patients and his profession—I asked him when we first met! He and his team genuinely do want to help patients and make a positive impact on the local community. I could tell Gabby the dental assistant and Tracy the hygienist didn’t love being on camera, but they did just fine—they excel not on being on camera but taking care of patients (front office mgr Sarah was right at home in front of the camera—she did great!)

I was genuinely impressed with Dr. Fattah’s passion for CE and his patients, but the technology he had in his office. His T Scan and the way they administer anesthesia (virtually painlessly) to patients is remarkable. Dr. Fattah expressed some trepidation about interviewing on camera. While he’d done it before, he was stressed about it. During our initial meeting (and having asked him a number of questions) I reassured him that he’d do just fine. After I filmed his interview, I asked Dr. Fattah if it was as hard as he was expecting. “Nope.” He indicated that I made it so much easier and relaxing compared to  previous video interview he had done. We had some good laughs during the interview—these are good people, and we all had a lot of fun putting this together!
